The iconic album’s artwork was once again created by FIREWIND’s longtime partner in all design matters, Gustavo Sazes (Arch Enemy, Angra, Dream Evil, etc.). While the album’s standard version is available in the CD format as well as LP and also as Digital Download, “Few Against Many” is also released as limited edition Digipak CD with two bonus tracks. “Few Against Many” has recently climbed up the national sales charts in Greece to occupy the # 1 top spot for several weeks!

Having just returned from some successful shows in Asia, Greek melodic Metallers FIREWIND are proud to debut their newest video off their current album, “Few Against Many”. The clip for the song “Edge Of A Dream (Feat. Apocalyptica)” was directed by the band’s own Bob Katsionis for Progressive Vision Group and brings the classy feel of Metal ballads back into a modern spotlight.
FIREWIND’s Gus G. checked in to comment about the clip as follows: “We shot the video for "Edge Of A Dream" earlier this year in Greece. You can see the beautiful landscapes we caught on film and I assure you that Petros and Jo didn't hold it against us for not appearing in the clip! Actually this clip was directed by our band member Bob Katsionis, who is also an acclaimed video director. He has directed the clip for "Head Up High" back in 2008 among others. I think he has done an excellent job once again! Enjoy!”

In fact, the release has stayed on top of the charts for 2 consecutive weeks already!

“Few Against Many”, the fantastic new album by Greek melodic Metallers FIREWIND, led by guitar wizard and Ozzy Osbourne band-member Gus G., is being released NOW all across Europe via Century Media Records and N. America through the band's own label (and distributed by DisManic / eOne Distribution).

“Few Against many”, was mixed by Jason Suecof & Eyal Levi at Audiohammer Studios (Trivium, All That Remains, Death Angel, etc.) and mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music (Mastodon, Hatebreed, Symphony X, etc.). The iconic album’s artwork was once again created by FIREWIND’s longtime partner in all design matters, Gustavo Sazes / www.abstrata.net (Arch Enemy, Angra, Dream Evil, etc.), who has been working with the band since the release of the album “The Premonition”.

Well, we're proud to say that this is our slowest song ever and probably our heaviest one. With that said, "Losing My Mind" has lots of different musical parts, tempo changes, thrashy grooves, cool leads, etc. Anyways, check out the song and I hope you bang your head while listening to it!”

The iconic front cover artwork for “Few Against Many” has now been revealed and can be seen above. The artwork was once again by FIREWIND’s longtime partner in all design matters, Gustavo Sazes (Arch Enemy, Angra, Dream Evil, etc.), who has been working with the band since the release of the album “The Premonition”.

He's one of the best out there and he really understands what FIREWIND’s all about. I feel he really captured the vibe and darkness of the new album and I love the different elements on it such as the Japanese samurai war flags and the flaming statue.”

Greek melodic metallers Firewind, featuring acclaimed guitarist Gus G (Ozzy Osbourne) are excited to announce a new distribution deal for North America. Joining forces with DisManic Distribution via E1 Music, Firewind’s hotly anticipated new album ‘Few Against Many’ will be the first release of this partnership, due May 22nd.
Band driving force Gus G commented “I'm very excited about this new partnership! While we've been around for sometime, North American territory is relatively new ground for us. And since the music industry is changing drastically these days, we felt we should be more in control on our new release. We are fortunate to have a great team behind us for our N. Firewind’s reputation as one of Europe’s premier metal bands was further cemented after the release of the critically lauded ‘Days Of Defiance’ which saw the band tour the world including festival appearances at Sonisphere UK, Graspop and Hellfest, support slots in Greece with Judas Priest & Scorpions and successful headline tours in Europe, Japan and N. America.
Produced by Gus G, ‘Few Against Many’, was recorded with long time band mates vocalist Apollo Papathansio, Bob Katsionis (keyboards/guitar) and bassist Petros Christo at "Valve Studio" in Greece as well as "The Sweetspot Studios" in Sweden and sees the band expand on their signature melodic sound with some of their most aggressive songs to date.
‘Few Against Many’ marks the recording debut of new Firewind drummer Johan Nunez (Nightrage). The young Belgian is regarded by Gus as a ‘phenomenal talent’, and anyone that witnessed him on the band’s ‘Defiance...’ world tour will no doubt agree.
Firewind have already announced a few summer festival appearances (including ‘Summer Breeze’ in Germany and Czech Republic’s ‘Masters Of Rock’) and will be announcing many more as well as world tour in the coming months.

FIREWIND - SIGN A NEW DEAL WITH CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS; REVEAL NEW ALBUM TITLE!
Greek melodic metallers FIREWIND, lead by guitar wizard and Ozzy Osbourne band-member Gus G., can now proudly reveal to have signed a new worldwide deal (excluding North America) with their longtime partners Century Media Records.
Gus G. checked in from the studio to comment on the newly settled partnership as follows:

FIREWIND then continued with successful headlining runs in Europe throughout September (with support by label mates Wolf) as well as all over the USA and Canada in October (with support by Arsis, White Wizzard and Nightrage). Gus G. Announces Guitar Center "Sessions" Hollywood Performance On 4/21; Free To The Public!!
There is no doubt that one of the most stunning guitar players in the hard rock/metal scene right now is Gus G. (Ozzy, Firewind) and he is proud to be partnering up with Guitar Center for an upcoming "Sessions" event. This three hour instructional seminar will take place on Thursday, April 21st at Guitar Center Hollywood beginning at 7PM.
